If you wish to return the product after receiving the order, the company has a policy regarding returns of products sold through its website which in accordance with the European and Greek legislation on consumer protection. In this case the customer may return the product within (14) fourteen calendar days of its receipt of as is shown by  the manifest of the transport company from which it was received. For the product to be returned it must be in perfect condition and in undamaged packaging and must not be used. In this case, the customer shall return the product by courier or post and be charged with the shipping costs to the company.

In case that the reason of return is to change size, the shipping of the new product back to you will be FREE. In case that you want to change the product with a different one, you will be charged for all the shipping costs.

In case of a defective product and after petersport.gr approves that the product is defective, we will deposit back to you the shipping cost of your return to your personal banking account during 30 days. If a product proves to be defective, it is subject to any guarantee of the company that produced it and the responsibility of repair and / or replacement falls to this company.                               

The refund is made for any product if it has been used or its packaging altered in any way.The refund is made through a deposit to your banking account during 30 days.

Order Cancellation 

Petersport.gr gives you the opportunity to cancel or change your order without any extra charge in case that the order is not picked up by the courrier. Particularly, cancellation or changes can be made until 12.00a.m. of the next day of your order. Please inform us promptly for your cancellation or change that you wish by phone at +30 211 850 3300 or by email at e-shop@petersport.gr
